On March 16, a team of 5 people from the Midea Holdings Heyou International Hospital project team visited the Xuzhou Proton Heavy Ion Hospital project. The Midea Heyou project team visited the Xuzhou Proton Heavy Ion Hospital project site and exchanged ideas with Zhonggu Xuzhou on some aspects of the particle project construction.

Finally, the two parties conducted in-depth discussions on the future cooperation between the two hospitals in market operations, commercial insurance, and joint scientific research.

     Heyou International Hospital is a non-profit medical institution located in Beijiao New City, Shunde. The project is located in the Sanlong Bay high-end innovation cluster area, with a total construction area of about 350,000 square meters and a planned total of 1,500 beds. The project is constructed in two phases, with a total investment of about 10 billion yuan, of which about 6 billion yuan will be invested in the first phase. It is planned to start construction in March 2021 and be completed and operated in the first half of 2024; the second phase will invest about 4 billion yuan.
